Gill is an experienced, energetic and highly intuitive Non-Executive Director with strong legal, risk, regulatory and financial crime management credentials gained after over 20 years in the financial services sector. She has held senior executive and leadership positions in mortgage administration, building society and financial advice firms. Gill holds several Non-Executive and Advisory roles.

Gerry Kelly

Gerry is an experienced Chief Risk Officer & Chief Compliance Officer. Independent consultant in risk management, compliance and governance.

He started his career at the Financial Services Authority and has subsequently supported a number of organisations with their approach to risk and compliance, including Lloyds Banking Group, Aviva and Prudential.
