Our Senior Operations Managers are on hand to support you throughout any outsourced arrangement.  As well as ensuring that the mobilisation goes smoothly, they will monitor ongoing performance and provide full oversight across all operational areas, such as capacity planning, training, quality, MI reporting, processes and general improvement ideas.   So you can be reassured that we are managing the processes effectively.

We understand that some processes may be suitable for consideration of offshoring due to the cost benefits available, and we can facilitate offshore or blended outsourcing where required.

Q. What controls would be in place when outsourcing with Square 4?

A. Square 4 was founded with the vision to support and protect regulated businesses.  Our founders and senior leadership have extensive experience across large financial institutions and the ‘big four’ professional services firms.  This experience sees us best placed to help ensure the right controls and governance are implemented in partnership with you on all our outsourced partnerships.  This includes full management across the operation, performance reporting and management processes, SLA and KPI reporting, quality and outcomes monitoring; all managed through our expert governance and oversight framework.

Q. Is it possible to keep the same resource for me each time I need to use your services?

A. When possible, we will redeploy people back with partners that they are familiar with if they are available at that particular time.  When former colleagues are not available to redeploy, we have access our wider database of pre-registered candidates, and so are confident that we will match their skill sets to ensure that we have the right people delivering for your customers.

Q. What checks do you perform on your resources?

A. We pride ourselves on finding the right candidates to ensure that they not only have the required experience, but also demonstrate the right behaviours and skills to succeed. Before starting with you, all candidates will be interviewed by our experienced resourcing team, and if selected, our dedicated QA function (in partnership with Experian) will undertake stringent referencing and vetting checks.  This includes as a minimum standard: Identify Verification, Right to Work, Financial Soundness, 3-Year Occupational History and Basic DBS Check.
