Q. How quickly can you provide resources?
A. Our database of 3000+ pre-registered candidates allows us to identify suitable people for you at pace. From the initial request, our average speed to deployment is 2 weeks, which allows for our screening process and IT set up to be completed.
Q. Is there a minimum or maximum resource number you can provide?
A. We provide a bespoke solution, and so can place anywhere from 1 to 100+ colleagues with you when you need them.
Q. What checks do you perform on your resources?
A. We pride ourselves on finding the right candidates to ensure that they not only have the right experience, but also demonstrate the right behaviours and skills to succeed. Before starting with you, all candidates will be interviewed by our experienced resourcing team, and if selected, our dedicated QA function (in partnership with Experian) will undertake stringent referencing and vetting checks. This includes as a minimum standard: Identify Verification, Right to Work, Financial Soundness, 3-Year Occupational History and Basic DBS Check
