Our Senior Operations Managers are on hand to support you throughout our partnership.  As well as ensuring that the mobilisation goes smoothly, they will monitor all resources placed with you to ensure that their performance and delivery is maintained.  They are not just there for the ‘routine’ though; they will at no extra cost, provide regular input and counsel relating to all operation areas, such as capacity planning, training, quality, MI reporting, processes and general improvement ideas.

Q.  How quickly can you provide resources?

A. Our database of 3000+ pre-registered candidates allows us to identify suitable people for you at pace.  From the initial request, our average speed to deployment is 2 weeks, which allows for our screening process and any IT set up to be completed.

Q. Is it possible to keep the same resource for me each time I need to use your services?

A. When possible, we will redeploy people back with partners that they are familiar with if they are available at that particular time.  When former colleagues are not available to redeploy, we have access our wider database of pre-registered candidates, and so are confident that we will match their skill sets to find you the right people.

Q. What checks do you perform on your resources?

A. We pride ourselves on finding the right candidates to ensure that they not only have the required experience, but also demonstrate the right behaviours and skills to succeed. Before starting with you, all candidates will be interviewed by our experienced resourcing team, and if selected, our dedicated QA function (in partnership with Experian) will undertake stringent referencing and vetting checks.  This includes as a minimum standard: Identify Verification, Right to Work, Financial Soundness, 3-Year Occupational History and Basic DBS Check
