  • Supported a nationally recognised lender under s.166 with its BiFD programme, including a forward-fix, an outcomes testing framework to allow the firm to accurately monitor ongoing collections outcomes and a past business review which satisfied the regulator that the firm had resolved the issue

  • Performed a past business review for a leading UK pensions and wealth firm relating to unpaid redress over six years. We designed a focused and efficient review, which identified and rectified the root cause, and established an ongoing approach for remediation within the business
