Paul Scott

As a Managing Director at Square 4, Paul’s role is to co-lead in the development and execution of our strategy, corporate goals and ways of working. This includes continued build of our brand across regulated markets, providing an unrivalled level of service and expertise in the delivery of engagements to clients, and at all times to ensure a positive and progressive culture with an engaged and motivated team. He is passionate about winning, achieving challenging goals and supporting and inspiring people to deliver exceptional results.

Paul is an experienced Board level executive with extensive strategic, operational, commercial and regulatory expertise. He has a diverse financial services career spanning more than 25 years, including as a supervisor at the Financial Services Authority, ‘in-house’ as a Compliance Director and in Advisory supporting regulated firms. He has a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and the key issues on the agenda of Boards and has an extensive network of relationships across regulatory and trade bodies, consultancy and regulated firms.
